A large handmade ceramic bowl featuring a gorgeous display of vibrantly painted bands of color decorated with moriaged flower shapes from Ceramica El Avion. The bowl measures 13 1/2" across the rim, 5 1/8" across the base, 8 3/4" high, and weighing nearly 8 pounds. The bottom is marked "Ceramica El Avion in Spain Hand Made." The condition is very good, with no cracks or crazing. There is a small no-show chip to the bottom and some inconsequential glaze nicks along the rim.
Despite this being a bowl used to serve chips, it could also be used in a child's room to store toys...
