Mateland's ships domestically and internationally via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. Tracking is included with every package that we ship.
For most items that are in stock, your order will ship within 1-3 business days from receipt of payment and delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on the shipping location. Delivery time is based on orders placed between Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays and some seasonal holidays (see below).
Some large items require special handling due to size and/or weight. These items may require a special delivery surcharge, and a note will be added to the item’s product description stating this. If there is a delay in processing and shipping your order, we will contact you immediately by phone or email with our reason and apologies.
Orders with a value over $400 will require a signature upon receipt of delivery.
Please note that orders made together may not arrive at the same time.
We are unable to ship to an APO or P.O. box.
We will only ship orders to a Paypal confirmed address, without exceptions.
International shipments may take as long as 5 weeks depending on customs procedures in your country. Full customs value will be declared. Import duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We can only ship to one address per order.

When your order is about to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with details of your order, tracking number, and a link to the USPS site.
